Detailing
An SQC Team-Leader makes a “master plan” for the Specification-Quality-Control of a specific “main specification”. This Planning Process is usually of about an hour's duration, and involves filling out a “Master Plan” form.
The Team-Leader's decisions include:
• who will search for which Type of Defects
• which Document and specification areas are to be checked
• which Checking-Rate(s) will be used.
