1. Within SQC, logging occurs at two points: during Specification-Meetings (when reported Issues, Process-Improvement-Suggestions, and questions of intent are logged), and during Process-Meetings (when suggested Process Defect causes, and corresponding Process-Improvement-Suggestions, are logged).
