1. The purpose of an Entry-Process is to help to avoid failed (or uneconomic or time wasting) execution of the main task. We need to Work to remove any Entry-Condition failures. Otherwise, waiving or ignoring failed Entry-Conditions is a possibility, with determinable risks.
