Notes

1. Results can be the outcome of many simultaneous factors. These factors include Processes, events, and inputs that are both internal and/or external to a given System.

2. A Result can consist of several Impacts on the Requirements; that is, several performance, Resource and Function Attributes can be impacted as a Result of a System change.

3. Results can be observed by testing System Functionality and measuring System Attribute Levels (potentially any performance and/or Resource Levels may be changed).

4. A Scalar Result can be viewed in terms either of the absolute Level or as an incremental change relative to a selected Benchmark (See Figure *130).
