1. Reports during a Specification-Meeting are Issues, Process-Improvement-Suggestions or “questions of intent.” Reports during a Process-Meeting are potential Defect causes or potential Process cures.
2. A report is made by a Checker (an SQC team member) to get an Item logged by the scribe, and to inform other team members of the Issue.
3. Each report Consists-of a brief (“seven words or less”) statement.
