Notes

1. An Evo Delivery-Cycle can consist of these tasks:
Planning the Delivery-Cycle including deployment
• Training Evo-Step recipients ready to use the upgraded System
• Upgrading the on-site System
(for example, upgrading software, database and/or hardware)
• Upgrading of supplier support activities to support the upgraded System
(such as help desk, maintenance services, spare parts supply)
• Carrying out field trials of the upgraded System, Before scaling up and/or “going live”
• Evaluating field trials, and making decisions about full-scale deployment
• Deployment: Handing over to users/customers/Stakeholders, operations, data gathering: achieving full Scale deployment

Note, these are just examples. The actual Delivery-Cycle tasks depend on exactly what is being deployed, the Scale of the deployment, and the risks involved.
