In an Value-Decision-Table, a Cell is an intersection between a Requirement Attribute (usually a performance or a Resource/cost Attribute) and a Design-Idea.
Detailing
A Cell contains information about the specific Impact of a Design-Idea
on a specific Requirement. This information includes an Impact-Estimate,
and related data such as the uncertainty, evidence, source and Credibility.
