Notes

1. Ultimate is related to a defined Stakeholder and a defined System.
What is “ultimate” for one Stakeholder or in one System or environment may not be the “end of the road” for others with a different agenda.

2. It is not worth asking “Why?” and finding a higher purpose or agenda for this Component.

3. In traditional use of the term “Ultimate” the emphasis is on the inability to go further. The point we make here is the unwillingness, or inEfficiency of going further, for defined Stakeholders and environments.

Usage:
Ultimate Objective
Ultimate values
Ultimate design
