Examples

For each individual Design-Idea (Architecture X, Package Y and Service Z), the Percentage-Impacts for all the Performance-Requirements are summed. This gives an Idea of the total contribution that the Design-Ideas each make relative to one another, towards satisfying the Stakeholder Requirements.

Notes

A Sum-of-Performance is used together with the associated Sum-of-Costs to compute a “Performance-to-Cost-Ratio” for a Design-Idea. This is useful for evaluating Design-Ideas and Evo-Steps against their alternatives.
